DOWNTOWN FREDERICK CITY GUIDE
WASHINGTON DC - VIRGINIA - BALTIMORE - FREDERICK - PHILLY - NYC - MARYLAND WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
Downtown Frederick is my home…
And I friggin’ love where I live! Clients outside of Frederick often ask me where the happenin’ spots are, so I’ve compiled a short list of just a few of my fave places to go, yummy foods to eat and even where to get hitched (with extras like rehearsal dinner spots, salons and more!)!
If you come visit, say hi!
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT FREDERICK
We’re a historic city nestled in the middle of Frederick County, Maryland’s second largest city. After traveling a bunch and even living in the big apple for a couple years, I truly believe our city is one of the most unique places out there. Our buildings are breathtaking, our food makes my mouth water and the people (and copious amounts of dogs) are really what makes this place a home.
Check out some of my favorite downtown spots below.
WHERE TO PARK
Park in East Patrick Street’s parking deck— there’s plenty of parking on the street as well but our meter maids are damn good at their jobs. East Patrick St. is a great first impression of Downtown. There’s boutique shopping, places to grab coffee, hit up antiquing or snag a bite to eat. It’s pretty easy to get to other main parts of Frederick from there as well.
