FAQ

Where are you located? Do you travel?
I live in a charming & historic little city, Downtown Frederick. I mostly serve the East Coast, but love to travel!

How long have you been photographing weddings/ is this your only job?
I've been a photographer for about 10+ years.

  2. Fashion Institute of Technology to
  3. Fashion photography to
  4. Dance photography to
  5. Food photographer to
  6. My first wedding in 2014

This is what I do full time. This is so much of who I am.

How many photos do you deliver?
For the coverage you’ll receive around 600-700 individually edited photographs, but this can vary slightly. Lifestyle sessions are about 40-50 individually edited photographs.

How do I receive our photos?
Your images will be uploaded to a beautiful online gallery. You can star favorites, download images, order prints and share directly from this link.

How long does it take to receive our photos?
On average, weddings take about 3 months for full completion but I always release a few sneak peeks! For lifestyle sessions there is a 2-3 week turn-around.

How do I book you?
Fill out my form and lets get started! Once we are ready to move forward, I require a 20% deposit and a signed contract...and BAM your date is reserved with me.

What equipment do you use?
I shoot with three Canon 5d Mark 3s, two Canon 430EX II flashes and a variety of prime lenses for different situations. (24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 135mm).

Who is your second photographer?
Caitlin & Jessi are my people. They inspire me and we love being in this industry together.

Are you insured?
Yes. Yes. Yes.

Can we meet you before the wedding?
Yes, i love to meet couples before their wedding day to go through details & to get to know each other. If this is not possible due to distances then i will always be available by phone, e-mail or Skype.

Do you require food during the day?
It would be great if food could be provided at your location, photos of people eating are not particularly flattering so this usually coincides well if I can eat at the same time as you and your guests do.
